Fast Track Triage
Triage provides the patient with immediate reassurance and knowledge that there is
support and assistance available. Triage also provides first response/ first aid
for patients, whilst allowing clinicians to create specific streamlined treatment
plans within defined time frames. These could incorporate a combination of remote
and hands-on assessment providing streamlined access to approved recommendations.
Such information can also be utilised in the claims validation process.
Fast Track Virtual Rehabilitation
This is a web-based facility that can be utilised in many ways, such as:
A motivational tool, made simple to provide added flexibility, for the client to
receive and follow treatment exercises electronically.
The individuals’ username/password access is supplied to the patient after an IPRS
clinical advisor has selected the appropriate exercises for the patient’s injury
and ability to participate in the exercises.
IPRS Virtual Rehabilitation provides the patient with their personalised injury information,
exercises (with video demonstrations on how to perform the exercises) and subjective
goals to monitor the progression of recovery. This also acts as a motivator for the
individual and assists in their recovery.
Part of a web referral process linking into an assessment service either remotely,
or hands-on. Hands-on assessments are carried out by our national network of clinicians.
Well-being Website
Our Well-being website provides help and advice on general well-being and covers
topics such as healthy eating; healthy heart, lifestyle and mind; and general health
information.
National Physiotherapy
IPRS is able to provide services nationally and delivers the physiotherapy and rehabilitation
services that our clients demand using our on-site physiotherapy clinics in addition
to our associate practice network. Both our on-site clinics and our associate practices
are clinically led by the latest medical protocols and employ highly qualified and
monitored staff.
Company & Employee Well-being
Business management services can be defined to suite your business. Budgets can be
set to effectively manage the use of different types of injury rehabilitation services,
or to set parameters such as average cost per case or number of treatments.

Claims Handling - Provides a range of injury rehabilitation services in the assistance

Road to Recovery - A web-based referral service utilising internationally recognised
clinical best practice to deliver consistent and predictable outcomes for people
with whiplash injuries.
