To be responsible for the development and maintenance of all company web based systems. |

| KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (JOB CONTENT) |
- To be responsible for the day to day management of all web based systems
- To research, design, implement, test and document, new web based systems and recommend the latest proven technological advances
- To design, implement, test and document web services and public APIs.
- To maintain and migrate legacy applications.
- To provide written and verbal training for new web based systems.
- To complete relevant tasks and projects to a high standard in an agreed timeframe.
- To create, implement and maintain project plans.

£23,000 to £30,000 |

| Main Purpose of the Job: (Job Summary) |
To maintain, service and deliver a range of high tech Rehabilitation Equipment, located throughout the UK and Ireland. Uphold and enhance a high level of personal customer service to both internal and external clients and identifying equipment sales opportunities for Client Relationship Managers. |

| KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (JOB CONTENT) |
- Carryout planned equipment deliveries, relocations and servicing as scheduled by the Service Manager
- Ensure that all equipment is serviced and repaired to required standards
- Maintain a high level of customer service, and establish new customer relationships when opportunities arise.
- Support conferences and other marketing events as required
- Perform equipment demonstrations to customers and carry out training on new equipment sales
- Carryout effective and economical route planning of assigned Service runs.
- Control and maintain personal spares kits and tool kit
- Perform warehousing duties which would include, but not limited to, accepting deliveries and equipment/parts stock control
- Maintain both written and electronic service and stock records accurately.
- Effectively utilise company ICT systems; which includes the IPRS stock database and ACT!
- To undertake any other duties compatible with the grading of the post, as required

£18,000 to £21,000 |
