absence management service to both employees and management of a particular client.
IPRS’ principle aim is to address injury and absence in order to keep individuals
at work, thereby increasing the productivity and improving the quality of our client’s
business activities.
The IPRS service is extremely focused on providing immediate access to clinically
superior treatment and rehabilitation, in order to minimise absence whilst maximising
employee function. To this end, we our proud of the financial impact our services
have had on our client’s businesses. These include:
- Decreased the number of lost working days lost to musculoskeletal injuries at a
government department by 17.5% in one year.
