IPRS Insurance delivers services to the insurance market ranging from high volume, low value to intermediate value and lower volumes. Counting most of the top ten insurers amongst a wide client base, the service has evolved to meet the client needs of a growing and more educated market. From physiotherapy and soft tissue rehabilitation to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) and Bio-psychosocial reasoning (BPS), IPRS has formulated an approach to encompass a holistic yet scientific brand of appropriate intervention.
IPRS Industry delivers physiotherapy and rehabilitation to employees of client companies. The main aim of this service is to reduce absence in the first instance followed by improved maintenance of potentially chronic conditions and finally helping to improve the overall health and performance of the workforce (wellness). Clients include both the public and private sectors, large and small alike with many at different levels of the evolutionary cycle. At present IPRS industry provides over 80,000 interventions per year and covers around 160,000 employees nationwide.
IPRS Elite delivers medical underwriting and claims expertise to very high value but very low volumes of claims. The English Football Premiership, the Football Association, Formula One motor racing, Indy Car and North American Basketball Association (NABA) count as clients. This part of the IPRS group stays abreast of the latest research and medical trends from around the world and then cascading them down to the clients and claimants throughout the rest of the group.
IPRS Mediquipe sells, services, and clinically supports Biodex and BTE objective testing and training rehabilitation equipment. IPRS also utilise this equipment in all 22 PRISM centres. American in origin, both sets of equipment allow the objective measurement of functional ability together with the ability to re-train and re-educate injured limbs in the process. Clients range from Universities to Premier League Football Clubs through to private practices and leading hospitals throughout the UK, Ireland and South Africa.
